About AMC Premiere
What is AMC Premiere?

AMC Premiere is a premium upgrade of AMC, allowing you to enjoy current seasons of your favorite AMC shows ad-free, on demand, available at the same time as, and sometimes even earlier than, live TV. Watch on your TV and on other devices. Subscribers also get early access or full-season access to select shows, plus special content like exclusive extended episodes, bonus scenes, sneak peeks, uncut movies, and more.

Who can sign up for AMC Premiere?
Currently, customers who have the AMC channel through over 400 different Cable, Satellite or Pay TV providers can subscribe to AMC Premiere. This includes customers who have AMC through many streaming TV providers. If you do not have commercially supported AMC as part of your TV package, you cannot currently subscribe to AMC Premiere.
What shows and content are currently available on AMC Premiere?

Current in-season AMC shows are available ad-free on AMC Premiere. There are very limited exceptions, where only the ad-supported version of a show is available, such as Humans. It will be clearly communicated if a show or episode contains ad breaks. Also included are instant access to full-season binges on select shows, extended episodes, bonus content, original digital series, and a curated selection of uncut movies.

How do I upgrade to AMC Premiere?

If you are an Xfinity subscriber, you can subscribe on your X1 device, xfinity.com/amcpremiere or the AMC app.

If you are a YouTube TV subscriber, log in to the YouTube TV website, go to your subscriptions and select “AMC Premiere” from the list of Membership options.

If you are a subscriber of another TV provider, you can upgrade to AMC Premiere on amcpremiere.com or through the AMC app on iOS devices, Android mobile devices, Apple TV, Roku, Xbox One, and Amazon Fire TV.

Is AMC Premiere a TV channel?
AMC Premiere is an upgrade of AMC, not a TV channel.
Can I experience AMC Premiere on my TV?

Yes, you can watch AMC Premiere on the Xfinity TV set-top box or through the AMC app on Apple TV or Amazon Fire TV.

What is the cost of AMC Premiere?
AMC Premiere is $4.99 a month and is only available to existing Cable, Satellite, or Pay TV customers with the AMC channel. If you upgrade on amcpremiere.com, there is an annual option of $49.99.
Getting Started
Where can I watch AMC Premiere?

Xfinity subscribers:

  • You can find AMC Premiere on your X1 set top box in the On Demand section, or by using your X1 voice remote to search for “AMC Premiere.”
  • On other Xfinity set top boxes, you can find AMC Premiere in the On Demand menu.
  • You can watch AMC Premiere by downloading the AMC app for Apple TV, Roku, Fire TV, and Xbox, iPhone, iPad and android devices.

YouTube TV subscribers:

  • You can experience AMC Premiere via the YouTube TV website or the YouTube TV app. After you log in with your YouTube TV credentials, go to the search field and type "AMC Premiere."

Subscribers of other TV Providers:

  • You can experience AMC Premiere on your iOS devices, Android mobile devices, Apple TV and Amazon Fire TV by downloading the AMC app.

When are episodes available on AMC Premiere?
Episodes are usually available on demand at the same time they air on live TV. Some shows, like Talking Dead, are broadcast live and are available on AMC Premiere early the next morning.
I've upgraded to AMC Premiere. How do I sign in?

Xfinity subscribers can sign in to AMC Premiere the same way they currently sign in to watch AMC on AMC.com, AMC apps, and Xfinity sites and apps. You can sign in using your regular Xfinity username and password.

YouTube TV subscribers can sign in to the YouTube TV website or the YouTube TV app to experience AMC Premiere.

How can I watch AMC Premiere on Xfinity?

You can watch AMC Premiere using your Xfinity X1 set-top box or simply say “AMC Premiere” into your X1 Voice Remote to access the AMC Premiere network page with Xfinity on demand. How do I modify my AMC Premiere email, password, profile, subscription, or payment info?
You can view or modify your AMC Premiere account information here.
How do I download episodes on AMC Premiere?
You can access temporary downloads for shows on AMC Premiere in the AMC app. Once added to your list, they will be available for 14 days or less if the episode is removed from AMC Premiere.
Does AMC Premiere offer closed-captioned episodes?
You can always count on AMC Originals being closed-captioned on whatever device you use. AMC is committed to providing closed captioning for our hearing-impaired viewers.
Can I watch Talking Dead on AMC Premiere?
Yes. Most episodes of Talking Dead are included ad-free, same time as broadcast on TV. However, some episodes of Talking Dead are broadcast live from the studio, so it is not possible to include ad-free in AMC Premiere until later, usually early the next day. To watch live, tune in to AMC.
Why do some shows have ads on AMC Premiere?
For AMC Premiere customers, most AMC shows are upgraded to their ad-free versions. There are very limited exceptions, where only the ad-supported version of a show is available and there is no AMC Premiere version. It will always be communicated if a show or episode contains ad breaks.
